Beth Shively

Office Manager

Keeping a growing church organized and informed takes more than first-rate administrative abilities, it takes someone like Beth who honestly loves and cares about people.

From prayer requests to newsletters to phone calls to mobilizing volunteers, it’s all in a day’s work, yet Beth never loses sight of what’s most important: a personal relationship with Jesus.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities in the church office, Beth also serves on both the Outreach and First Impressions ministry teams. Beth enjoys watching individuals grow in their faith and commitment to God, and then seeing how God uses that commitment to increase their involvement in the church.

Beth has an endless amount of compassion and good cheer, which makes her a joy to be around, but her love for doing the work of Jesus is what’s really inspirational.

Beth is a loving wife to Scott and a dedicated mom to eldest daughter, Sarah and twins, Rachel and Emily.

One word to describe my relationship with Jesus: Strengthening.
If I weren’t at Grace I would be: Maybe a “secret shopper” for the cruise lines?? Seriously, this is the only job that I am willing to sacrifice being home with my kids for, so if I wasn’t here, I would definitely still be home full time.
People always say: Uhhhhh…not sure. Ask them I guess!
Favorite food: Grilled cheese and popcorn.
On my iPod: Chris Tomlin, John Mayer, Mama Mia soundtrack, most of the past American Idol winners
Least-known personal fact: I was the speaker at my high school graduation.
